The family property regimes constitute a relevant sector of the EU regulatory framework strongly connected with fundamental rights policies. Family property offers specific issues which need to balance individual rights with general interests, especially in matter of real estate property. The fragmentation of the discipline in EU Family law, the diversity of the domestic rules regarding rights in rem requires a large use of flexibility from EU legislator and EU legal professionals. Il saggio prende le mosse dal confronto con la rivista di “Lettere ed Arti d’Italia” “Primato”, diretta da Bottai, che usciva l’uno marzo 1940. Soil – plant system: a case study of Vitis berlandieri x Vitis rupestris rootstock varieties

Lanthanides are part of rare earth elements. Nowadays studies focused on these elements are increasing to assess the possibility to their use in the traceability to effectively determining the geographical wine origin. In the traceability project we start studying the soil plant system. The aim of the research was to verify if different varieties of rootstock on identical soil have similar lanthanides uptake behavior and if the same rootstock could reproduce different lanthanides distribution for different soil typologies.
